RETURNS

It is very important to us that you are really happy with your purchases, therefore on the rare occassion the item is not what you was expecting or it arrives damaged then we want to do everything possible to rectify the situation quickly.

 

YOUR ITEM IS NOT AS EXPECTED OR YOUVE CHANGED YOUR MIND

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

If your item is not as expected or you have changed your mind you can return the item but you will be responsible to pay for the return postage. 

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

If your return is approved, you are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as refunds cannot be processed until the returned item has been received.

DAMAGES & FAULTS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect then we will do everything possible to rectify this situation as quickly as possible. 

Please contact us immediately. Be sure to include photographs so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your return is approved, we will inform you what the next process is regarding any returns and refunds.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
